Jessie J is a very fit girl. Fact.
If you follow her on Instagram, you’ll see she’s been spending a lot of time in the gym in the past few months, that she loves to run, and definitely knows how to rock her workout outfits (we have major legging envy…). All of that hard work has now turned into a special high intensity workout in collaboration with Nike Training Club.

It’s a great free app packed full of workouts you can do at home, by incredible instructors and athletes – Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams, anyone? It’s a bit like having a really cool personal trainer in your pocket… Jessie’s new Wild Alive High Intensity Workout is a quick 15 min session which will leave your legs burning!
To celebrate the launch, Team Fashercise was kidnapped to a secret London location last week, where we got to indulge in some pampering, healthy salads and juices, after which we were taken to another venue where Jessie J treated us to a Q&A session and a very intimate gig. Jessie told us about her love of working out, how she loves to put on a hoodie and go for a run and have nobody care about who she is. For her, running is the ultimate freedom. She’s clearly very fit – she showed us exactly why she’s dubbed the Squatting Queen – and if her NTC Workout can get us even half as toned as Jessie J, we’ll be giving it a go…
