Join us at the Lexie Sport Hub for an afternoon of shopping and nutritional advice and demonstrations with nutritional goddess Eve Kalinik on Sunday January 18th!

Were your new year’s resolutions to be healthier and more active? We can help! We are teaming up with our very own Lexie Sport at their Old Street Pop Up this Sunday from 2-4pm for a fun afternoon of sportswear shopping as well as nutritional advice to keep those good intentions going a bit longer! Nutritionist Eve Kalinik will be showing us how to make the perfect post-workout smoothie as well as answering any nutrition questions you might have!

So head down to the Lexie Pop Up at Old Street Underground Station from 2pm on Sunday to join us, Eve and Lexie Sport for a healthy afternoon! This is a free event open to everyone, so no need to sign up. There’s a great goodie bag for the first 15 attendees, so make sure you get there early! All details on the pop up and events here.

That mileage (or km’age) puts us all to shame, fantastic. Sounds like an mtb TdF to me !Some of those ride stats have tired me out just reading them; 6 hours, 80km and 2561 meters climbing; 5 hours, 84km and 1920m of climbing, etc.I know a lot of those trails, Llandegla, Penmachno, CyB ‘Beast’, Snowdon etc. So I can guess the fun you had.Do you think Adam has realised that tubeless could be an option worth trying ???

I mean, his self-aggrandizing “Chicago 1968″ stories from the late-80s have a perspective that’s quite far apart from yours. | 100 days ago

That’s way more clever than I was expecting. Thanks!
