Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchases, but in case you do change your mind, we offer easy returns free of charge to our UK and EU customers.

We are proud to be a small business with just 2 members of staff, and our returns process is not automated. Please allow us 24 hours to get back to you.

  • UK Returns

    Should you wish to return any items from your Fashercise order, please ensure that:

    • you request a return within 14 days of despatch
    • your items should be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your return
    • the items have not been worn other than for trying on purposes and are in a sellable condition
    • the item tags and Fashercise return tag have not been removed
    • the packaging of branded products has not been damaged (but please feel free to keep the canvas bag and box!)
    • Please note we do not accept returns of underwear, socks, or face masks due to hygiene reasons.

    How do I return items?

    • We kindly ask that you send us an email at [email protected] within 14 days of despatch telling us which items you wish to return and the reasons why you wish to return them. We will send you a Returns Authorisation Code – please make sure to note the RA Code on the front your returns label when you return it to us. Please allow us 24 hours to get back to you on weekdays.
    • Your order should include a prepaid label. If this is not included, please email us and we will send you one.
    • Please make sure to get and keep the proof of postage from the post office until your refund has been processed, as your items are your responsibility until they reach us.

    • Please note, your items should be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your return.

    Can I exchange my items?

    • We offer free exchanges for UK orders. Should you wish to exchange an item for another size or another colour, please email us at [email protected] stating which size or colour you wish to receive and we will aim to despatch the new item to you within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. Should the item or size no longer be available we will automatically refund you. We can only offer an exchange once per order.

    What happens next?

    • We will email you once we have received your items. Should there be an issue with your refund, we will contact you within 48 hours.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original method that was used for purchase. Please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed.
    • If your order was in the sale or purchased with the use of a discount code, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If your order consists of multiple items and you want to return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro-rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s)
    • Please note that postage costs and local duties/taxes will not be refunded
    • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
    • Late returns may be accepted at our discretion, however, we will only offer store credit for a late return. Please notify us prior to sending a late return.

    How do I cancel my order?

    • For UK Standard deliveries, UK Express deliveries and International deliveries, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order.
    • Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched you cannot cancel your order. However, you can return your order to us within 14 days of despatch.

  • European Returns

    We are happy to offer our European customers free returns*

    Should you wish to return any items from your Fashercise order, please ensure that:

    • you request a return within 14 days of despatch
    • your items should be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your return
    • the items have not been worn other than for trying on purposes and are in a sellable condition
    • the packaging of branded products has not been damaged
    • Please note we do not accept returns of underwear, socks or face masks due to hygiene reasons.

    How do I return items?

    • Returns are handled by Royal Mail’s European returns service. EU returns can take up to 3 weeks to get back to us using FREEPOST as they gets dispatched to a central European depot first.

    Can I exchange my items?

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges to the EU. If you wish to change your size or colour, we recommend you place a new order with the desired items and return your goods to us using the FREEPOST label.

    What happens next?

    • We will email you once we have received your items. Should there be an issue with your refund, we will contact you within 48 hours.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original method that was used for purchase. Please allow a couple of working days for the refund to show on your bank statement.
    • If your order was in the sale or purchased with the use of a discount code, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If your order consists of multiple items and you want to return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s)

  • In Store Returns

    Should you wish to return any items from your purchase bought at our London store, please ensure that:

    • the goods are returned to us in store within 14 days of purchase
    • the items have not been worn other than for trying on purposes
    • the item tags and Fashercise returns tag have not been removed
    • the packaging of branded products has not been damaged
    • you bring your original purchase receipt
    • Please note we do not accept returns of underwear or socks.

    How do I return items?

    • You can return your items to us by bringing it back to us in store
    • We can only offer a return or exchange with the original receipt present

    Can I exchange my items?

    • Yes! We offer free exchanges in store. Should you wish to exchange an item for another size or another colour, we will happily exchange it for you, depending on availability. Please bring your original purchase with you to the store, unworn and with labels attached within 14 days of purchase, as well as your purchase receipt. Should the item or size no longer be available we will automatically refund you.
