EU RETURNS ARE ALWAYS FREE*
Should you wish to return any items from your Fashercise order, please ensure that:
- the goods are returned within 14 days of despatch
- the items have not been worn
- the Fashercise tag has not been removed
- the packaging of branded products has not been damaged (but please feel free to keep the canvas bag and box!)
Please note we do not accept returns of underwear.
How do I return Items?
Simply send us an email at [email protected] telling us which items you wish to return and the reasons why you wish to return them. We will send you a Return Code, please make sure to note the Return Code on your package when you return it to us or, alternatively, print the return email and include it in your package.
Should you wish to exchange an item for another size or another colour, please email us at [email protected] stating which size or colour you wish to receive and we will aim to despatch the new item to you within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. Should the item or size no longer be available we will automatically refund you.
If your order was in the sale or purchased with the use of a discount code, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If your order consists of multiple items and you want to return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s)
Please note that postage costs and any taxes and/or duties paid locally will not be refunded.
You will not be charged for EU returns*. Please email [email protected] and we will send you a FREEPOST label to use for your return. Please affix this to your package and return via your local Post Office.
Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office as goods being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us.
*Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer free returns to customers in Bulgaria, Croatia, and Cyprus
We do not cover the cost of returning goods from International orders. You can return items to us by post – they need to be shipped back to us within 14 days of despatch.
Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage as goods being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us.

What happens next?
We will email you once we have received your items. We will check them for quality. Should there be an issue with your refund, we will contact you within 48 hours. Once the refund has been agreed, we will credit you.
How do I cancel my order?
There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on whether your stock has been despatched.
For UK Standard deliveries, UK Express deliveries and International deliveries, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order.
Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched you cannot cancel your order. However, you can return your order to us within 14 days of despatch.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
