Fashercise was founded in 2014 by Belgian-born Alexandra Vanthournout. In my previous career I worked as a fashion journalist, and was always looking for a way to make my workouts a bit more stylish, and so Fashercise was born.

My goal for Fashercise has always been about supporting women in their wellness journey, regardless of size or fitness levels. As curvy girl myself, I understand how amazing it feels to find activewear that fits and flatters my body - so I've sourced some of the best independent labels from around the world so you can hopefully find that perfect legging or bra too.

After COVID sadly closed down our lovely Covent Garden boutique in 2021, I currently run the business on my own from my home in Hampshire, whilst also recently becoming a mum for the first time to little Oliver.
